As we continue to scale globally, we're looking for a talented Digital Designer who is obsessed with design, branding, customer experience, and leveraging AI to create exceptional creative work at scale. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a key role in shaping how our brand is experienced across every digital touchpoint.

This is more than a design role.

You'll work at the intersection of Marketing, CRM, E-commerce, Creative, and Growth, helping bring campaigns, customer journeys, and brand experiences to life. From designing high-converting email flows and branded templates to creating campaign assets and experimenting with AI-powered creative workflows, you'll have a direct impact on how millions of customers engage with ICON. Amsterdam.

We're looking for someone who:

• Preferably completed an MBO, HBO, or bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Creative Media, or a related field but not mandatory.
• Has 2-4 years of experience in a digital design, CRM design, or creative marketing role.
• Has strong experience designing email campaigns, automated flows, and branded templates.
• Understands conversion-focused design, customer journeys, and e-commerce best practices.
• Is highly proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and modern design tools.
• Has experience working with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly, or similar creative technologies.
• Loves experimenting with new workflows and finding ways to increase creative output through AI.
• Has a strong eye for branding, typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Brings energy, ownership, creativity, and a solution-oriented mindset.
